Spain Sees Uptick in Spread of COVID Cases, Overnight Deaths
After dropping for straight days, Spain’s health ministry announced Tuesday both the coronavirus daily rate of new infections and the death rate were higher overnight.At news briefing in Madrid, the health ministry’s Dr. Maria Jose Sierra reported the number of new infections grew at a faster pace from Monday, rising 4.1 percent to 140,510 total cases. That number had risen by 3.3 percent on Monday.Sierra also reported deaths spiked from Monday to Tuesday, with 743 new deaths, raising the total toll to 13,798. That compared to 637 deaths from Sunday to Monday.She said Tuesday’s increases may be attributed to delayed reporting from the weekend. The ministry noted the proportional daily increase in cases of 5.7 percent reported Tuesday is still a fraction of the figures reported in mid-March, when the rate of increase was more than 20 percent per day. Spain’s current total of coronavirus cases is second only to the United States.

Ukraine Fights Fires in Chernobyl Zone, Says no Radiation Jump
Local authorities in Ukraine have dismissed residents’ concerns that forest fires near the Chernobyl nuclear power station have led to unsafe radiation levels.The radiation levels in the capital Kyiv and the exclusion zone established around the plant in 1986, after an explosion there that caused the world’s worst nuclear accident, “did not exceed natural background levels,” the zone’s authorities said.The emergency service said it was still fighting the fires but the situation was “fully under control.”After the explosion in April 1986, people were evacuated and resettled from the 30 km (19 mile) exclusion zone around the nuclear plant, and the zone is still strictly controlled.The fires began on Friday evening in the western part of the exclusion zone and spread to nearby forests, some of which are in the part of the zone that still has higher radiation.Footage shot by the emergency service shows forests covered with dense smoke, burning grass and shrubs.The emergency service said the area affected had increased to 35 hectares by Tuesday afternoon, and planes and helicopters were being used to fight the blaze.The fires follow unusually dry weather but police also say they have identified a 27-year old local resident accused of deliberately setting fire to garbage and grass.

Влада пов’язує спалах коронавірусу у Першотравенську з конференцією баптистів під час карантину
У шахтарському містечку Першотравенську на Дніпропетровщині у вівторок виявили 15 нових випадків інфікування коронавірусом, повідомив голова Дніпропетровської облради Святослав Олійник. За його даними, за минулу добу, 6 квітня, у цьому ж місті виявили 5 випадків коронавірусу.
Олійник повідомив, що спалаху захворювання передувало те, що кілька сотень баптистів із різних країн, попри заборону під час карантину, зібралися на свою щорічну конференцію. Частина з них перебуває досі в Першотравенську.
«Двоє з тих людей, у яких було підтверджено діагноз і які підписали зобовязання сидіти вдома, сьогодні вийшли з дому й збирались їхати до Дніпра. Були спіймані, оштрафовані, повернуті додому», – повідомив Олійник.
За його словами, ситуація в місті стабільна. Особи всіх учасників конференції встановлені, у них взяли аналізи.
За інформацією Святослава Олійника, коронавірус виявили і у жителів інших міст, які брли участь у релігійному заході в Першотравенську, зокрема, по одній людині в Новомосковську та Синельниківському районі.
Загалом у Дніпропетровській області станом на 7 квітня лабораторно підтверджено 41 випадок захворювання рна COVID-19.

Українське міністерство підтвердило першу смерть через коронавірус в ОРДЛО
Міністерство з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України повідомило про першу смерть від коронавірусу на окупованих проросійськими бойовиками територіях Донбасу, про яку вдалося довідатися офіційному Києву.
«Ситуація з захворюваністю на COVID-19 на тимчасово окупованих територіях погіршується, проте російські окупаційні адміністрації ОРДЛО і Криму продовжують наражати громадян на небезпеку, приховуючи реальну картину. Відтак, станом на 7 квітня окупаційна адміністрація в ОРДО визнала наявність 6 хворих на коронавірус, наголошуючи на відсутності летальних випадків. Водночас, за наявною інформацією, 4 квітня у Центральній районній лікарні міста Амвросієвка помер громадянин, інфікований коронавірусом. Цей факт замовчується, відповідна медична документація вилучена», – йдеться в повідомленні міністерства.
У відомстві вказують, що цивільне населення позбавлене належної медичної допомоги, тоді як проросійським бойовикам проводять огляди.
«У місті Кадіївка (на території ОРЛО) у Центральній міській багатопрофільній лікарні лікарями-вірусологами з Росії проводиться щоденний огляд бойовиків так званого «армійського корпусу», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Також Міністерство з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій заявило, що станом на 7 квітня російська окупаційна влада в Криму визнає 22 випадки зараження коронавірусом, 5 випадків – у Севастополі. Ще близько 7 тисяч людей перебувають під різними типами спостереження через підозри інфікування, вказують в міністерстві.
«Викликає занепокоєння і інформація про те, що російське Міноборони планує хворих на коронавірус військових розміщувати у Севастополі. Для чого вони вже розпочали готувати госпітальне судно «Єнісей», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Мінреінтеграції заявляє, що російські окупаційні адміністрації в окремих районах Донецької і Луганської областей, а також у Криму приховують від місцевих мешканців реальний стан захворюваності на коронавірус, що позбавляє людей можливості убезпечити себе від епідемії COVID-19.
«Ситуація погіршується нестачею медичного персоналу, тестових систем та недостатньої кількості місць у лікувальних закладах», – додали у відомстві.
Українське МОЗ, щодня звітуючи про факти COVID-19, надає інформацію по всіх регіонах, крім окупованих територій Криму та Донбасу. Щоденного доступу до перевіреної інформації щодо захворюваності там в офіційного Києва немає.

У Нафтогазі узгоджують нові «питання» до Газпрому ще на 17,3 млдр доларів
Виконавчий директор «Нафтогазу» Юрій Вітренко заявляє, що його команда подала на розгляд наглядової ради компанії пропозиції з подання нових позовів до російського «Газпрому» на 17,3 мільярда доларів.
«Моя команда чітко сформулювала і представила на узгодження Наглядовій раді «Нафтогазу» додаткові «питання» до «Газпрому» на суму ще 17,3 млрд доларів. У разі погодження – попереду також багато роботи», – написав Вітренко у фейсбуці.
Вітренко також прокоментував поширену у ЗМІ інформацію про те, що його нібито збираються звільнити.
«Що стосується Отто Ватерландера, нібито з ініціативи якого «мені шукають заміну», то у нас чудові стосунки. І власне разом із ним ми два роки тому розробляли програму трансформації «Нафтогазу», яку потрібно втілити в життя, чим зараз і займається Отто», – написав Вітренко.
30 грудня 2019 року Національна акціонерна компанія «Нафтогаз України» і російський газовий монополіст «Газпром» підписали контракт про транзит російського газу до Європи з використанням української газотранспортної системи за правилами Європейського союзу на п’ятирічний термін із можливістю продовження.
Термін раніше чинного контракту 2009 року на транзит, як і контракту на постачання російського газу до України, збіг вранці 1 січня 2020 року.
Підписанню цього контракту передувало укладення між сторонами мирової угоди – договору про врегулювання претензій.
Цю угоду уклали після того, як «Газпром» виконав рішення Стокгольмського арбітражу сплатити «Нафтогазові» компенсацію в розмірі 4,6 мільярда доларів плюс 400 мільйонів доларів відсотків на дату остаточного розрахунку і погодився продовжити транзит газу.

UK’s Johnson Is Stable in ICU with Virus, Received Oxygen
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was in stable condition Tuesday in a hospital intensive care unit with the coronavirus, and while he is not on a ventilator, he is receiving oxygen, his spokesman said.Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has taken over many of Johnson’s duties temporarily while he is being treated at St. Thomas’ Hospital. Britain has no official post of deputy prime minister.The 55-year-old Johnson is the first major world leader confirmed to have COVID-19. He was admitted to the hospital late Sunday with a fever and cough that persisted 10 days after he was diagnosed with the virus and was moved to the ICU Monday evening after his condition worsened.”The prime minister has been stable overnight and remains in good spirits. He is receiving standard oxygen treatment and is breathing without any other assistance,” said Johnson’s spokesman, James Slack.He said Johnson was not receiving mechanical ventilation or “noninvasive respiratory support.” He would not give details of what form of oxygen treatment the prime minister was getting.Cabinet Office Minister Michael Gove said Johnson was “receiving the very, very best care from the team at St. Thomas’ and our hopes and prayers are with him and with his family.””It was a shock yesterday to hear the news of his going into intensive care,” said Gove, who is in isolation at home after a family member showed mild coronavirus symptoms. “All of us just want him to pull through — he is the leader of our country. I wish him well.”Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram wishing Johnson a full and quick recovery, the Kremlin said. “I’m positive that your energy, optimism and sense of humor will help combat the disease,” Putin wrote.The virus causes mild to moderate symptoms in most people, but for some, especially older adults and the infirm, it can cause pneumonia and lead to death.The government said Monday that 51,608 people had been confirmed to have the coronavirus in Britain, and 5,373 have died.Britain’s unwritten constitution does not have a clear rule for what happens if a prime minister becomes incapacitated or dies. Seven prime ministers have died in office, but the most recent was in 1865.Johnson delegating Raab to fill in for him clarifies things for now, but it does not mean Raab would automatically take over permanently should a new leader be needed. If it became clear Johnson could not return to his job, the Conservative Party could elect a new leader, who would become prime minister.

Italy Announces Additional Economic Aid Package
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has announced a $434 billion package of additional economic aid for Italian companies of all sizes struggling in the wake of the coronavirus crisis that has hit Italy especially hard.At a news conference with his cabinet in Rome Tuesday, Conte said the funds will be split between aiding the domestic economy and boosting the export market. He said the package will be administered as loans, through banks.Italian businesses are facing a major crisis due to the shutdown of all non-essential factories and enterprises to limit the spread of the virus.Education Minister Lucia Azzolina, meanwhile, told reporters the government was allocating $76 million to buy tablets and computers for low-income students who cannot afford them. He said the right to education must be constitutionally guaranteed.Conte declined to say when the nationwide lockdown would be lifted.Italy has the world’s highest COVID-19 death toll – over 16,500.

Міністр оборони: євроатлантична інтеграція є «сьогоденням і майбутнім» України
Сьогодення і майбутнє Україні – це євроатлантична інтеграція й послідовна оборонна реформа в Україні за стандартами НАТО, заявив міністр оборони Андрій Таран, який раніше казав про «недосяжність» найближчим часом стандартів НАТО для Збройних сил України.
Як повідомляє пресслужба МОУ, про це йдеться у вітанні міністра з нагоди 71 річниці формування Організації Північноатлантичного договору.
«За весь цей час НАТО надійно зберігає безпеку в євроатлантичному регіоні. Всі 30 союзників Альянсу об’єднані системою колективної оборони на засадах спільних демократичних цінностей та воєнних стандартів. Для України історія відносин з НАТО – це шлях особливого та взаємовигідного партнерства, яке ми щиро цінуємо», – заявив Таран.
«Наше сьогодення і майбутнє – це євроатлантична інтеграція та послідовна оборонна реформа в Україні за стандартами НАТО. Це дасть можливість підвищити нашу бойову готовність та взаємосумісність з військами Альянсу для захисту національних інтересів та забезпечення стабільності в регіоні. Coronavirus Keeps Johnson Hospitalized, Brings Emergency Order to Japan
Japan prepared Tuesday to declare a coronavirus emergency in parts of the country, while British Prime Minister Boris Johnson remained hospitalized with COVID-19 and U.S. officials looked for signs the outbreak might be starting to slow in some of the nation’s hardest-hit regions. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said his decision to enact a state of emergency in Tokyo and six other prefectures was based on a need to protect people amid a situation that is “gravely” affecting lives and the economy. The measure is due to be in effect for about one month, and comes coupled with a government stimulus package worth about $1 trillion. The United States has experienced about 11,000 deaths, making it the country with the third-highest official death tally, behind only Italy and Spain. More than 40 percent of the U.S. deaths have been in the state of New York, and the majority in New York City. The state’s Governor Andrew Cuomo reported a potential sign of progress in containing the spread of the coronavirus with a drop in hospitalizations and critically ill patients. But he stressed the need to not let up on public distancing efforts, announcing an extension of closures for schools and non-essential businesses through the end of the month. “We underestimate this virus at our own peril,” Cuomo said. “Now is not the time to slack off.” In South Korea, steady progress remained with 47 new infections reported Tuesday, but officials there also remain concerned about a reversal and urged people to stay at home. There is also consideration of using electronic wristbands to track those under self-quarantine because of the virus. A similar idea was authorized Monday in the U.S. state of West Virginia, where a judge in the country with the most cases there approved local authorities to put ankle monitors on people who test positive but refuse to go into quarantine to protect others. Progress in some European nations has led to some of the first steps to reverse lockdown measures and begin to return to some semblance of normal life. Denmark, following a similar announcement this week from Austria, says it will reopen daycares, kindergartens and primary schools beginning April 15. Middle and high school would follow on May 10. Researchers work on a vaccin against the new coronavirus at the Copenhagen’s University research lab in Copenhagen, Denmark.The virus has upended presidential primary voting in the United States, but the Midwestern state of Wisconsin is going ahead with its election Tuesday after a court order overturned a decision by the state’s governor to postpone the voting until June. In Poland, lawmakers approved a plan to hold their May 10 presidential election entirely by mail-in voting. The measure also allows for the possibility of delaying election day if that is deemed necessary. The bill must still pass the country’s senate and be signed by the president. New Zealand has been on lockdown for about one-and-a-half weeks, but that did not stop Health Minister David Clark from taking his family for a walk on the beach. He apologized for breaking the stay-at-home orders, calling himself “an idiot.” Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said under normal circumstances she would have fired Clark, but that given the coronavirus emergency she needs senior health officials in place, and instead stripped him of some of his duties.

Станом на 7:00 7 квітня в Чорнобильській зоні горить понад 10 гектарів трав’яного настилу та лісової підстилки. Рятувальники запевняють, що ситуація «повністю контрольована».

Australian Court Dismisses Cardinal’s Sex Abuse Convictions
Australia’s highest court has dismissed the convictions of the most senior Catholic found guilty of child sex abuse. High Court Chief Justice Susan Kiefel announced the decision of the seven judges on Tuesday in the appeal of Cardinal George Pell. The decision means he will be released from Barwon Prison outside Melbourne after serving 13 months of a six-year sentence. Pope Francis’ former finance minister was convicted by a Victoria state jury in 2018 of sexually abusing two 13-year-old choirboys in a back room of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Melbourne in December 1996 while he was archbishop of Australia’s second-largest city. Pell was also convicted of indecently assaulting one of the boys by painfully squeezing his genitals after a Mass in early 1997. Pell had been ordered to serve three years and eight months behind bars before he became eligible for parole. The High Court found that the Victorian Court of Appeal was incorrect in its 2-1 majority decision in August to uphold the jury verdicts. Pell was regarded as the Vatican’s third-highest ranking official when he voluntarily returned to Melbourne in July 2017 determined to clear his name of dozens of decades-old child abuse allegations. All the charges were dropped by prosecutors or dismissed by courts in preliminary hearings over the years except the cathedral allegations. Pell was tried on the charges twice in 2018, the first County Court trial ending in a jury deadlock. Pell did not testify at either trial or at the subsequent appeals. But the juries saw his emphatic denials in a police interview that was video recorded in a Rome airport hotel conference room in October 2016. “The allegations involve vile and disgusting conduct contrary to everything I hold dear and contrary to the explicit teachings of the church which I have spent my life representing,” Pell read from a prepared statement. As police detailed the abuse allegations, Pell responded: “Absolutely disgraceful rubbish. It’s completely false. Madness.” Pell was largely convicted on the testimony of one of the choirboys, now in his 30s with a young family. He first went to police in 2015 after the second victim died of a heroin overdose at the age of 31. Neither can be identified under state law. Director of Public Prosecutions Kerri Judd told the High Court last month that the surviving choirboy’s detailed knowledge of the layout of the priests’ sacristy supported his accusation that the boys were molested there. Pell’s lawyers argued that Pell would have been standing on the cathedral steps chatting with churchgoers after Mass when his crimes were alleged to have occurred, was always with other clerics when dressed in his archbishop’s robes, could not have performed the sexual acts alleged while wearing the cumbersome garments and could not have abused the boys in the busy priests’ sacristy without being detected. Much of the two-day hearing focused on whether the jury should have had a reasonable doubt about Pell’s guilt and whether he could have time to molest the boys in five or six minutes immediately after a Mass. The appeals court found in a 2-1 majority in August that Pell had had enough time to abuse the boys and that the unanimous guilty verdicts were sound. Judd said the “two big points” raised by Pell’s lawyers against the prosecution case were evidence that Pell had been chatting with members of the congregation on the steps of the cathedral after the Masses when the abuses could have occurred and that he only had windows of five or six minutes to commit the abuses undetected. Pell’s lawyer Bret Walker told the High Court that all that the prosecution had to do at his trial and appeals court hearing was to prove that Pell being left alone while robed or not talking with congregants after Mass was “possible” to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. “That … is a grotesque version of the reversal of onus of proof, if all the Crown has to do is to prove the possibility of something,” Walker said. Judd argued that the charges were proved beyond reasonable doubt. “The High Court found that the jury, acting rationally on the whole of the evidence, ought to have entertained a doubt as to the applicant’s (Pell’s) guilt with respect to each of the offenses for which he was convicted,” the court said in a statement.

US Designates Russian White Supremacist Group as Terror Organization
The United States has designated the white supremacist group Russian Imperial Movement (RIM,) as a global terrorist organization, an unprecedented move that reflects increasing concerns about violent white supremacists with transnational connections.In Monday’s State Department announcement, three of RIM’s leaders — Stanislav Anatolyevich Vorobyev, Denis Valliullovich Gariev and Nikolay Nikolayevich Trushchalov — have also been designated global terrorists.The move comes after the first anniversary of the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. The March 15, 2019, attack was linked to a global rise in white supremacism and alt-right extremism since 2015. “These historic designations are just one part of the administration’s broader efforts to counter white supremacist terrorism abroad,” Nathan Sales, the State Department’s coordinator for counterterrorism and ambassador-at-large, said Monday.“We’re bringing all of our counterterrorism tools to this fight — information-sharing, counter-messaging, combating terrorist travel, engaging with tech companies and building partner capacity — to protect soft targets like synagogues and mosques,” Sales added.The designation denies RIM and its leaders access to the U.S. financial system. Any assets they may have in the U.S. are now frozen. Americans will also be banned from financial dealings with the group. Центр громадського здоров’я Міністерства охорони здоров’я повідомив ввечері 6 квітня, що відмовляється від практики поширення даних про захворюваність через коронавірусну інфекцію щодня наприкінці доби.
«Оприлюднення даних щодо захворюваності на COVID-19 в Україні від Центру громадського здоров’я та Міністерства охорони здоров’я України відбуватиметься раз на добу щоранку о 9:30», – повіддомили у ЦГЗ.
Чому ухвалене таке рішення не повідомляється.
Раніше МОЗ вранці і ввечері оновлювало дані щодо ситуації із COVID-19 в Україні.
Станом на 9:00 6 квітня в Україні підтвердили 1 319 випадків COVID-19. 38 людей померли, 28 пацієнтів одужали.

Державний секретар США Майк Помпео назвав доброю сьогоднішню свою розмову у телефонному режимі із президентом України Володимиром Зеленським. У твітері Помпео висловив вдячність, що офіційний Київ допоміг дістатися додому громадянам США, зокрема понад двом сотням добровольців «Корпусу миру».

Раніше сьогодні Офіс президента України повідомив, що Володимир Зеленський мав телефонну розмову з державним секретарем Сполучених Штатів Майком Помпео. Повідомлялося, що бесіда головним чином стосувалася ротидії поширенню коронавірусної інфекції. Крім того, Зеленський, за заявою Офісу, подякував Помпео за 1,2 мільйона доларів, які США вирішили виділити для України на боротьбу з коронавірусом. Також Зеленський проінформував Помпео про ситуацію на Донбасі.

Україна висловлює протест через призов кримчан в російську армію – МЗС
Міністерство закордонних справ України 6 квітня виступило із заявою, в якій вимагає від Москви скасувати весняний призов жителів анексованого Криму в російську армію. У відомстві зазначили, що в умовах, коли весь світ бореться з пандемією COVID-19, оголошення весняного призову «виглядає особливо брутально».
«З території Кримського півострова цієї весни планується направити для проходження «військової служби» майже 3,3 тисячі осіб. Очікується, що більшість з них буде проходити її за межами Кримського півострова, зокрема в Південному військовому окрузі, військові частини і командування якого безпосередньо задіяні в здійсненні збройної агресії проти України на Донбасі», – йдеться в заяві.
В МЗС України вчергове нагадали, що Росія порушує міжнародне право, забираючи кримчан в армію.
«Такі дії Російської Федерації є грубим порушенням міжнародного гуманітарного права, яке забороняє Росії, як державі-окупанту, змушувати осіб служити в її збройних або допоміжних силах. Так само заборонено чинити тиск і вести пропаганду на користь добровільного вступу до армії, а також переміщати осіб, які перебувають під захистом, за межі окупованої території», – йдеться у заяві.
Раніше Постійне представництво України при ООН також закликало генсекретаря організації відреагувати на весняний призов жителів анексованого Криму в російську армію.
Напередодні в Міністерстві оборони Росії повідомили, що мають намір закликати на військову службу 3300 кримчан.
Міністр оборони Росії Сергій Шойгу наказав відкласти регулярний весняний призов до збройних сил, який мав розпочатися 1 квітня. Новобранців у війська призовні комісії відправлятимуть не раніше 20 травня, додав російський міністр.
Київ вимагає від Росії припинити призов до збройних сил жителів анексованого Криму. Прокуратура АРК просить кримчан реєструвати звернення, в разі отримання повісток для проходження служби в російській армії.
У Міжнародній правозахисній організації Human Rights Watch повідомили, що близько 85% кримчан, покликаних на військову службу навесні 2019 року, відправили на бази сусідньої Росії.
США висловлювали стурбованість, що Росія відкриває кримінальні справи проти кримчан, які не хочуть служити в російській армії.

Spread of Coronavirus Continues to Slow in Spain
Spain’s health ministry said Monday the spread of the coronavirus in that country has continued to slow, indicating the emergency measures put in place by the government are working. At a news briefing in Madrid, the ministry reported the number of new cases from Sunday to Monday stood at 4,273, an increase of 3 percent, compared to a daily rate of increase of 22 percent March 14, when emergency measures were put in place. Health Minister Salvador Illa told reporters that Spain was reaching “the top of curve,” meaning the spread of the virus may have peaked. He said the government is considering when and how to scale back measures such as self-isolating and shuttering businesses. Illa said there would be a transition period and those measures would be gradually eased. He gave no specifics. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has said the lockdown would remain in place until April 26.

Українські прикордонники вийшли з самоізоляції після контакту з хворим на COVID-19 кримчанином
Десятеро українських прикордонників вийшли з самоізоляції після контакту з хворим на COVID-19 кримчанином, повідомив проєкту Радіо Свобода Крим.Реалії начальник пресслужби Херсонського прикордонного загону Держприкордонслужби України Іван Шевцов.
«На карантині перебували 10 осіб: 4 людини, які контактували в аеропорту «Херсон», і 6 осіб, які контактували або могли контактувати на контрольному пункті в’їзду-виїзду «Каланчак». Вони повернулися на службу після самоізоляції, почуваються добре», – повідомив Шевцов.
Минулого місяця був виявлений перший випадок коронавірусної інфекції у кримчанина, який перетинав адміністративний кордон між анексованим Кримом і Херсонщиною. Раніше чоловік прилетів в аеропорт Херсона з Кракова. Після цього влада Херсонської області визначила коло людей, які контактували з пасажиром, а прикордонників відправили на карантин.
Окупаційна влада Криму запевнила, що встановлені та ізольовані всі особи, які контактували з першим хворим на COVID-19, у тому числі таксист, який його перевозив.

У перший день посилення карантину поліція склала майже 200 адмінпротоколів – Фацевич
Заступник голови Нацполіції Олександр Фацевич повідомив, що 6 квітня поліція склала 192 адмінпротколи за порушення карантинних заходів.
«Найбільше протоколів складено у Дніпропетровській, Львівській, Одеській областях та у місті Києві. Переважно правопорушення стосувалися відвідування громадянами парків та скверів, а також порушень умов самоізоляції», – повідомляє пресслужба Нацполіції з посиланням на слова Олександра Фацевича.
За чловами Фацевича, з-поміж 22 тисяч правоохоронців – 7 залучені безпосередньо для патрулювань у парках і скверах.
Повідомляється що «правоохоронці виявили 14 правопорушників, які відвідували парки та сквери, ще 10 адміністративних протоколів складено за порушення умов самоізоляції, також є перші адмінпротоколи за появу у громадських місцях без масок».
«За виявленні порушення передбачена адміністративна відповідальність за статтею 44-3 КУпАП. Санкція статті передбачає штраф – від 17 до 34 тисяч гривень», – сказав заступник голови Нацполіції.
Крім того, із введенням тимчасових обмежень до поліції щодня надходять повідомлення від громадян про порушення, пов’язані із правилами карантину, повідомили у пресслужбі Нацполіції.
«Із початку карантинних заходів на спецлінію 102 надійшло понад 26 тисяч повідомлень. За сьогодні надійшло більш ніж 1 200 повідомлень», – зазначили у Нацполіції.
За словами Фацевича, поліція також контролювати дотримання карантинних обмежень біля культових споруд.
«Наряди будуть наближені до церков. Ми уже провели бесіди із представниками різних конфесій і роз’яснили необхідність проведення богослужінь в онлайн-режимі. Разом із тим, стежитимемо, аби віряни не порушували норму щодо можливості збору в одному місці до 10 осіб і дотримувалися при цьому безпечної дистанції», – сказав Фацевич.
Уряд посилив карантинні заходи з 6 квітня. Зокрема від громадян вимагають мати при собі посвідчення особи за межами дому та носити засоби захисту в громадських місцях. Також заборонено ходити групами понад дві особи, за винятком супроводу дітей (яким до 14 років тепер не можна перебувати в громадських місцях самим).

Зеленський обговорив із Помпео кредитні гарантії для України – ОП
Президент України Володимир Зеленський мав телефонну розмову з державним секретарем Сполучених Штатів Майком Помпео, повідомляє Офіс президента.
Розмова зокрема стосувалася протидії поширенню коронавірусної інфекції COVID-19. Зеленський, за повідомленням, висловив співчуття США, де від хвороби померло вже понад 9 600 людей.
«Було також обговорено можливості отримання Україною від Сполучених Штатів кредитних гарантій, необхідних для стабілізації економіки – на додаток до ресурсів, які наша держава планує отримати від МВФ, Світового банку та інших іноземних партнерів», – зазначають у пресслужбі президена.
Крім того, Зеленський, за заявою Офісу, подякував Помпео за 1,2 мільйона доларів, які США вирішили виділити для України на боротьбу з коронавірусом.
«Глава держави проінформував про ситуацію на Донбасі та виконання домовленостей після зустрічі у Нормандському форматі, яка відбулася торік у грудні», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Пресслужба Майка Помпео не коментувала зміст переговорів.
Раніше Міжнародний валютний фонд заявив, що готовий мобілізувати 1 трильйон доларів кредитних ресурсів, щоб допомогти країнам, що постраждали внаслідок епідемії. 50 мільярдів може бути виділено країнам з економіками, що розвиваються. Саме до таких країн належить і Україна.

Дружини фігурантів «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» отримали повідомлення з російських колоній
Дружини фігурантів першої сімферопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» Фера і Аліме Абдуллаєви повідомили, що отримали повідомлення, датовані 16 березня 2020 року, про прибуття їхніх чоловіків у російські колонії в Салават. Згідно з повідомленнями, Узеїр Абдуллаєв потрапив у російську виправну колонію ІК-16, а Теймур Абдуллаєв – у ІК-2. Про це повідомляє громадська організація «Кримська солідарність» у фейсбуці.
«Повідомляється, що ваш чоловік, Абдуллаєв Узеїр, прибув для відбування терміну покарання в ФКУ ІК-16 УФСІН Росії у Республіці Башкортостан. Відповідно до закону, засуджений має право протягом року отримати чотири передачі по 20 кг, чотири бандеролі по 2 кг, три короткострокових і три довгострокових побачення», – йдеться в повідомленні Фери Абдуллаєвої.
Уточнюється, що про час прибуття на побачення сім’ю повідомлять заздалегідь, але нарізі на території всіх пенітенціарних установ діє карантин.
Також Фера Абдуллаєва розповіла про те, що отримала перший лист чоловіка з колонії в Салаваті, в якому він написав, що умови утримання допустимі. Але при цьому адвокат, який кілька днів тому відвідав Абдуллаєва в колонії, розповів їй, що Узеїру неодноразово погрожували штрафним ізолятором.
«Судячи з того, що троє фігурантів «першої сімферопольської групи» вже перебувають в штрафному ізоляторі, включаючи молодшого брата Узеїра, я побоююся, що і мій чоловік перебуває там же», – повідомила Фера Абдуллаєва.
Раніше стало відомо, що фігуранти першої сімферопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» Айдер Саледінов, Теймур Абдуллаєв і Еміль Джемаденов потрапили в штрафні ізолятори (ШІЗО) після етапування в російські виправні колонії ІК-2 і ІК-16 міста Салават у Росії. Мати Абдуллаєва розповідала, що Теймур переніс у російському слідчому ізоляторі інсульт, а у його брата Узеїра проблеми з серцем і нирками.
Верховний суд Росії 24 грудня 2019 року змінив вирок фігурантам «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» (перша сімферопольська група). Терміни ув’язнення для кримчан зменшилися на шість місяців.
Таким чином, Узеїр Абдуллаєв отримав 12 років і 6 місяців ув’язнення, Рустем Ісмаїлов – 13 років і 6 місяців, Еміль Джемаденов – 11 років і 6 місяців, Айдер Саледінов – 11 років і 6 місяців. Теймур Абдуллаєв після перегляду вироку отримав 16 років і 6 місяців колонії, при цьому для нього передбачений адмініністратівний нагляд терміном на 1 рік і 4 місяці.
Південний окружний військовий суд Ростова-на-Дону оголосив вирок фігурантам цієї справи в червні 2019 року.

Денісова вимагає від Москалькової перевірити законність утримання в ШІЗО ув’язнених кримчан
Уповноважена у справа людини Верховної Ради України Людмила Денісова звернулася до російської обмудсменки Тетянки Москалькової з вимогою «вжити необхідних заходів для захисту прав українських громадян», а саме – перевірити правові підстави поміщення їх до штрафних ізоляторів. Про це вона повідомила в своєму Телеграм-каналі.
Вона також висловила стурбованість через загрозу життю та здоров’ю кримських татар, які перебувають в тюрмах Росії. Зокрема Денісова нагадала про стан фігурантів першої сімферопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір».
«Зокрема, Айдер Саледінов має проблеми з серцем і зубами, Теймур Абдуллаєв страждає від серцевої і печінкової недостатності, хронічного риніту та алергії, в Узеіра Абдуллаєва діагностовано бешихове запалення шкіри, що викликає підвищення температури тіла, гнійні рани по всьому тілу і набряк кінцівок. У Еміля Джемаденова хронічна виразка шлунка і пролапс мітрального клапана», – зазначила омбудсменка.
Денісова додала також, що здоров’я українця Володимира Якименко, якого засудив підконтрольний Росії суд в анексованому Криму, погіршується після його поміщення в колонію в Саратовській області сусідньої Росії. За її інформацією, протягом тижня в цього спостерігається підвищена температура тіла до 38 градусів та сухий задушливий кашель.
«Однак комплексного медобстеження та відповідного лікування він не отримує. Водночас його не переводять до медичної частини «ФКЗ ВК 17 УФСВП Росії по Саратовській області», адже вона переповнена ув’язненими, які хворіють на пневмонію», – повідомила уповноважена.
Вона стверджує, що кримчан утримують в камерах із неналежними умовами, без засобів індивідуального захисту та необхідних ліків. В умовах пандемії коронавірусної інфекції COVID-19 це, на її думку, піддає їх життя небезпеці і може призвести до фатальних наслідків.

Омбудсменка підкреслила, що все перераховане є порушенням Мінімальних стандартних правил поводження з ув’язненими, схвалених ООН, а також Конвенції про захист прав людини та основних свобод.
Фігуранти першої сімферопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» Айдер Саледінов, Теймур Абдуллаєв та Еміль Джемаденов потрапили до штрафних ізоляторів після етапування до російських виправних колоній ВК-2 та ВК-16 міста Салават в сусідній Росії.
Російський омбудсмен Тетяна Москалькова раніше відмовилася називати місце, куди в Росії етапують братів Узеїра і Теймура Абдуллаєвих.

Мати Абдуллаєва розповідала, що Теймур переніс у російському слідчому ізоляторі інсульт, а у його брата Узеїра проблеми з серцем і нирками.
Верховний суд Росії 24 грудня 2019 року змінив вирок фігурантам «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» (перша сімферопольська група). Терміни ув’язнення для кримчан зменшилися на шість місяців.
Таким чином, Узеїр Абдуллаєв отримав 12 років і 6 місяців ув’язнення, Рустем Ісмаїлов – 13 років і 6 місяців, Еміль Джемаденов – 11 років і 6 місяців, Айдер Саледінов – 11 років і 6 місяців. Теймур Абдуллаєв після перегляду вироку отримав 16 років і 6 місяців колонії, при цьому для нього передбачений адмініністратівний нагляд терміном на 1 рік і 4 місяці.
Південний окружний військовий суд Ростова-на-Дону оголосив вирок фігурантам цієї справи в червні 2019 року.

Поліція заявляє про затримання підозрюваного в підпалі, що спричинив пожежу в зоні відчуження
Поліція Київської області повідомляє 6 квітня, що встановила людину, яка підпалила траву і спричинила пожежу в Котовському лісництві.
За даними поліцейських, нею виявився 27-річний житель села Рагівка Київської області.
«Як пояснив молодик поліцейським, він задля забави в трьох місцях підпалив сміття та траву. Після чого вогонь вітром перекинуло далі і він вже не зміг впоратися та загасити багаття», – йдеться в заяві.
Правоохоронці відкрили кримінальне провадження за статтею про знищення об’єктів рослинного світу. В разі визнання винним ця кваліфікація передбачає штраф, обмеження або позбавлення волі на термін від двох до п’яти років. Зараз поліція вирішує питання про повідомлення чоловікові про підозру.

Площа пожежі поблизу села Рагівка Котовського лісництва сягнула близько 5 гектарів, о 20;45 5 квітня цю пожежу було локалізовано, інформують рятувальники. Станом на ранок 6 квітня ліквідація пожежі тривала.
4 квітня рятувальники повідомляли, що біля села Володимирівки в зоні відчуження Чорнобильської атомної електростанції на площі 20 гектарів спалахнула верхова лісова пожежа. Це змусило їх викликати посилення.
