Іранський депутат назвав «правильним» збиття літака «МАУ» і заявив, що нікого з причетних не затримали
Ніхто з військових не був заарештований у зв’язку зі збиттям українського літака в січні 2020 року, заявив 5 квітня член комісії з питань законодавства та юстиції парламенту Ірану Хассан Норузі. Він також назвав це збиття вірним кроком з боку іранських військових, повідомляє іранська служба Радіо Свобода з посиланням на місцеве ЗМІ.
«Іранські військові вчинили добре, збивши пасажирський літак. Всупереч офіційним заявам, через збиття не було жодних арештів», – сказав політик та клірик середнього рангу Норузі в коментарі місцевому щоденному виданню Hamdeli.
Ультраконсервативний речник парламентської комісії додав, що літак нібито «вже не був під контролем диспетчерської вежі, а опинився під контролем Америки».
Більше того, Норузі наполягав на тому, що літак «Міжнародних авіаліній України» нібито був в Ізраїлі за тиждень до атаци і там «його систему безпеки було зламано та перехоплено управління».
Депутат заявив, що, оскільки пасажирський літак конролював «хтось інший», іранські військові не мали іншого варіанту, окрім як збити його.
«Враховуючи, що інші країни контролювали літак, наші військові зробили свою роботу добре», – повторив Норузі, додавши, що вважає позбавленим сенсу заарештовувати відповідальних за збиття.
Натомість іранська влада неодноразово заявляла, що літак «МАУ» збили внаслідок «людської помилки».
Президент країни Хасан Роугані та командири Корпусу вартових Ісламської революції наразі не коментували заяви Норузі. Однак Організація судоустрою збройних сил Ірану 6 квітня заперечила його слова щодо арештів та заявила, що «певна кількість людей була заарештована та притягнена до відповідальності», не вдаючись у деталі.
Водночас Іран наразі не виконав вимоги кількох країн віту і не передав «чорні скриньки» збитого Боїнгу для професійного дослідження.

Літак Boeing 737-800NG авіакомпанії «Міжнародні авіалінії України» рейсу PS752 з Тегерану до Києва був збитий невдовзі після вильоту з міжнародного аеропорту столиці Ірану вранці 8 січня. Загинули всі 176 людей, які були в літаку, – 167 пасажирів і 9 членів екіпажу. Серед загиблих – громадяни семи країн, у тому числі 11 українців (усі 9 членів екіпажу і 2 пасажирів). Лише вранці 11 січня в Ірані після кількох днів заперечень офіційно визнали свою вину за збиття українського літака силами своєї протиповітряної оборони, яке назвали помилковим, і взяли на себе відповідальність.
Світова спільнота, зокрема й Україна, говорять про значні недоліки в розслідуванні збиття українського літака, яке веде Іран. Однією з найгучніших проблем є нездатність Ірану самостійно розшифрувати дані з пошкоджених бортових самописців літака і водночас його категорична відмова, висловлена після низки вагань, видати «чорні скриньки» для розшифрування в Україну чи в якусь іншу державу, які мають такі можливості.

Fires Near Chernobyl Increase Radiation Level
Two forest fires near the now defunct Chernobyl nuclear plant in Ukraine have boosted the radiation level in the area. Ukrainian firefighters worked into Sunday night to put the fires under control. Emergency services said one of the fires that spread to an area of about five hectares was contained. The other fire was covering a much larger area, of about 20 hectares. Fire officials said radiation levels in the area near Chernobyl were considerably higher than normal. The emergencies service, however, said radiation levels in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, about 100 kilometers south, were within normal range. The fires were within the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone established after the 1986 explosion at the plant, an area of 2600 square kilometers which was largely evacuated because of radioactive contamination. Since than about 200 people have remained in the area, disregarding orders to leave.

Coronavirus Concerns in US, Britain as Italy and Spain Show Signs of Progress
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who last week tested positive for coronavirus, remained hospitalized Monday after being admitted for additional testing after having a persistent high fever. His office called the development “precautionary” and said he remained in charge of the government. Britain has emerged as one of the latest hot spots in the pandemic, reporting more than 600 deaths Sunday. Other parts of Europe showed some improvement after weeks of devastating impacts from the virus that have caused governments to put residents on lockdown to try to slow its spread. Italy, which has the most deaths, reported its smallest increase in two weeks, while Spain also reported its latest in a string of lower daily death and new infection counts. UN Chief: Coronavirus Pressures Leading to Global Surge in Domestic Violence
The U.N. secretary-general warned Sunday that the increase in social and economic pressures brought on by the coronavirus pandemic has led to a global increase in violence against women and girls. Last week, Antonio Guterres called for a global cease-fire so that the international community could focus all of its attention on stopping the virus and helping those who have contracted it. “But violence is not confined to the battlefield,” he said in a statement Sunday evening. “For many women and girls, the threat looms largest where they should be safest – in their own homes. And so I make a new appeal today for peace at home — and in homes — around the world.” Many countries have reported a surge in domestic violence incidents and calls to abuse hotlines since the pandemic started spreading globally earlier this year. In France, domestic violence rates surged by a third in one week. In South Africa, authorities received nearly 90,000 reports of violence against women in the first week of its lockdown. Australia’s government says online searches for support on domestic violence have risen 75%, while in Turkey, activists are demanding greater protections after the killing of women rose sharply after a stay at home order was issued March 11. UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson Hospitalized With Coronavirus
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who was diagnosed with the new coronavirus more than a week ago, was admitted to a hospital Sunday for tests. Johnson’s office said he was hospitalized because he still has symptoms 10 days after testing positive for the virus. His admission to an undisclosed hospital in London wasn’t an emergency.Downing St. said it was a “precautionary step” and Johnson remains in charge of the government.Johnson, 55, has been quarantined in his Downing St. residence since being diagnosed with COVID-19 on March 26.Johnson has continued to chair daily meetings on Britain’s response to the outbreak, and has released several video messages during his 10 days in isolation.In a message on Friday, he said he was feeling better but still had a fever.The virus causes mild to moderate symptoms in most people, but for some, especially older adults and the infirm, it can cause pneumonia and lead to death.Johnson has received medical advice by phone during his illness, but going to a hospital means doctors can see him in person.Johnson’s fiancee Carrie Symonds, 32, revealed Saturday that she spent a week with coronavirus symptoms, though she wasn’t tested. Queen Elizabeth Addresses ‘Challenge’ of COVID Pandemic

Spanish Players Criticize League’s Call for Furloughs
Soccer players in Spain on Sunday criticized the Spanish league’s decision to ask clubs to put the footballers on government furloughs during the coronavirus crisis.The league on Friday said the furloughs were needed because there was no agreement on the size of the salary cuts players must take to reduce the financial impact of the pandemic.”It is strange that the Liga supports [the furloughs],” Spain’s players’ association said in a statement.It said the league should have created a financial cushion for this period considering it always boasted about its “economic control measures” and the “well-balanced economy” of the Spanish clubs. The association said it also should be taken into account that the league has been temporarily suspended and not yet canceled.The league and the players’ association have been in talks to try to find ways to mitigate losses that could reach nearly 1 billion euros ($1.08 billion) if the season cannot be restarted because of the pandemic.The players said they agree with a salary reduction to help the clubs during the crisis, but not to the extent the league wants, which could amount to nearly half of the total losses if the competition is not resumed.Players said they want to keep negotiating directly with the clubs instead of being forced into furloughs.”The clubs and the players have been reaching agreements regarding the salaries,” the players’ association said. “What footballers are not going to do is relinquish labor rights.”Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are among the Spanish clubs requesting furloughs, but both directly negotiated the amount of the salary reduction with players — 70% in both cases. Ukraine: Fire Near Contaminated Chernobyl Site Extinguished
Emergency authorities in Ukraine say there are no signs of any fire still burning in the uninhabited exclusion zone around the decommissioned Chernobyl nuclear plant after firefighters mobilized to put out a blaze.The country’s State Emergency Service said early on Sunday that background radiation levels were “within normal limits.”More than 130 firefighters, three aircraft, and 21 vehicles were deployed on April 4 to battle the fire, which was said to have burned around 20 hectares (50 acres) in the long-vacated area near where an explosion at a Soviet nuclear plant in 1986 sent a plume of radioactive fallout high into the air and across swaths of Europe.Fire and safety crews were said to be inspecting the area overnight on April 4-5 to eliminate any threat from sites where there was still smoldering.The blaze required seven airdrops of water, officials said.The Ukrainian State Emergency Service said that “as of April 5, 7:00 a.m., there was no open fire, only some isolated cells smoldering.”It said firefighters hadn’t seen any flames since around 8:00 p.m. on April 4.Officials had earlier shared images taken from an aircraft of white smoke blanketing the area, where it said firefighting was complicated by “an increased radiation background in individual areas of combustion.”There was no threat to settlements, the State Emergency Service said.A number of regions of Ukraine this week have reported brushfires amid unseasonably dry conditions.Fires are a routine threat in the forested region around the exclusion zone where an explosion 33 years ago ripped a roof off the fourth reactor at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant near the now-abandoned town of Pripyat.The 1986 explosion sent a cloud of radioactive material high into the air above then-Soviet Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, as well as across Europe as Soviet officials denied there had been any accidents.Dozens of people in Ukraine died in the immediate aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster, and thousands more have since died from its effects, mainly exposure to radiation.A second massive protective shelter over the contaminated reactor was completed in 2016 in hopes of preventing further radiation leaks and setting the stage for the eventual dismantling of the structure.

“It’s only been 30 days since our first case,” battle-fatigued New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday about the COVID-19 outbreak that has invaded his state. “It feels like an entire lifetime.”New York is the U.S. state hardest hit by the coronavirus, where it has claimed more than 3,500 lives. France Launches Terror Probe After Two Die in Stabbing Spree

У Кривому Розі попри карантин сотні працівників меткомбінату зібрались отримувати спецперепустки для проїзду
У Кривому Розі працівники меткомбінату «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» зібрались під будівлею адміністрації комбінату, щоб отримати спецперепустки для проїзду громадським транспортом на роботу. За словами працівників, через це під будівлею в суботу зранку утворилась черга з кількох сотень людей.
Із понеділка, 6 квітня, в Кривому Розі через посилення карантинних заходів перевезення пасажирів у міському транспорті здійснюватиметься лише за наявності спеціальної перепустки, й упродовж 4–5 квітня робітники мали отримати спецдокументи.
Як повідомив Радіо Свобода керівник первинної організації Всеукраїнської профспілки «Свобода праці» на підприємстві Євген Алістранський, 4 квітня зранку робітники нічної зміни, відпрацювавши, кинулись отримувати спецперепустки.
Люди в черзі не дотримувалися рекомендованої дистанції, не всі були в масках чи респіраторах.
У пресслужбі поліції Кривого Рогу поінформували, що після повідомлення про порушення правил карантину й неналежну організацію видачі спецперепусток склали адмінпротокол на керівника відділу кадрів підприємства за статтею 44-3 Кодексу про адмінпорушення (порушення правил карантину). Протокол спрямують до суду.
Водночас на підприємстві «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» повідомили, що, аби уникнути черг і порушення карантинних вимог, уже ухвалили рішення щодо видачі спецпропусків по цехах та інших підрозділах.
У пресслужбі комбінату Радіо Свобода поінформували, що адміністрація комбінату отримала спецперепустки встановленого зразка ввечері 3 квітня. Відповідно до загальних правил, видача спецперепусток має здійснюватись індивідуально, в руки кожному. Таким чином підприємство опинилося в умовах, коли за два вихідні, до 6 квітня, необхідно було видати працівникам 21 тисячу спецперепусток.
«Було ухвалене рішення видавати спецперепустки централізовано в службі «Єдиного вікна» підприємства 4 і 5 квітня з 8:00 і до 19:00. Для цього в суботу на роботу вийшли 25 спеціалістів «Єдиного вікна», в приміщенні якого була забезпечена дезінфекція і дотримання всіх правил в умовах карантину», – пояснили на підприємстві.
Як поінформували в комбінаті, видачу спецперепусток розпочали о 7:40. Через 40 хвилин усі присутні їх отримали і розійшлися, звільнивши площу. Подальшу видачу документів уже організували по цехах.
Станом на 4 квітня на Дніпропетровщині було лабораторно підтверджено 14 випадків коронавірусної інфекції, у тому числі 5 у Кривому Розі. Четверо людей уже одужали.
Станом на вечір 4 квітня в Україні були виявлені 1225 випадків захворювання COVID-19. Із них 32 людини померли, 25 осіб вилікувалися.
Загалом у світі, за інформацією Центру даних про коронавірус Університету імені Джонза Гопкінза у США, на цей час підтверджені 1 181 825 випадків коронавірусного захворювання, з них 63 902 людини від нього померли, 245 949 уже видужали.

Knife-Wielding Man in Southern France Kills 2 in Attack on Passersby
Prosecutors say a man wielding a knife has attacked residents venturing out to shop in a town under lockdown south of the French city of Lyon. Two people were killed and others wounded. The anti-terrorism prosecutor’s office told The Associated Press the attack took place at 11 a.m. in a commercial street in Romans-sur-Isere. The alleged attacker was arrested by police nearby. Prosecutors did not identify him. They said he had no documents but claimed to be Sudanese and to have been born in 1987. Prosecutors couldn’t confirm French media reports that there were several other casualties, of whom three are in critical condition. Кабмін і влада Києва пояснили, де треба ходити в масках
Кабінет міністрів України пояснив, де, відповідно до останньої постанови уряду, необхідно перебувати тільки в масках; київська міська влада видала до цього свої вказівки.
Пресова служба уряду оприлюднила роз’яснення до постанови від 2 квітня, яка, серед іншого, вимагає перебувати в масці чи респіраторі «в усіх громадських місцях».
«Громадське місце – частина будь-якої споруди, яка доступна або відкрита для населення, в тому числі за плату (під’їзди, підземні переходи, парки, сквери, дитячі майданчики, стадіони, зупинки громадського транспорту, ліфти, державні установи, медичні установи та інше). Але! Перелік громадських місць може бути розширений органами місцевої влади», – наголошено в поясненні.
Як приклад наведений Київ, де до громадських місць належать також зупинки громадського транспорту і 50-метрова зона навколо них; церкви і 50-метрова зона навколо них; заклади торгівлі закритого і відкритого типів, зокрема торгові ряди та ринки; кінотеатри і прилегла до них територія; тощо.
«Тому ми наполегливо рекомендуємо перебувати на вулиці в масці, бо у будь-який момент можете опинитись на території, яка підпадає під визначення «громадське місце», – наголосили в уряді.
Тим часом у Києві розпорядженням керівника робіт із ліквідації наслідків надзвичайної ситуації поняття «громадське місце» з огляду на необхідність мати на собі маску або респіратор (у тому числі виготовлені самостійно) розширено ще більше.
Новий перелік залічує до громадських місць у Києві практично все, що є поза межами житла:
території загального користування (парки (гідропарки, лугопарки, лісопарки, парки культури і відпочинку, парки-пам’ятки садово-паркового мистецтва, спортивні, дитячі, історичні, національні, меморіальні та інші), рекреаційні зони, сади, сквери та майданчики; майдани, площі, бульвари, проспекти; вулиці, провулки, узвози, проїзди, пішохідні та велосипедні доріжки; підземні переходи; пляжі; кладовища; інші території загального користування);
приміщення органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування, інших державних установ, підприємств, установ і організацій (зокрема, але не виключно: заклади торгівлі, надання послуг, тощо) усіх форм власності, готелів та аналогічних засобів розміщення громадян, гуртожитків, вокзалів та аеропортів;
транспорт (в тому числі який працює в режимі регулярних спеціальних перевезень), зупинки громадського транспорту;
прибудинкові території; території будівель та споруд інженерного захисту територій; території підприємств, установ, організацій та закріплені за ними території на умовах договору.
Відповідно до рішень влади, за порушення правил карантину, серед яких і відсутність маски в громадському місці, накладається адміністративний штраф на суму від 17 тисяч гривень до 34 тисяч гривень, можлива й кримінальна відповідальність.

Кличко розповів про роботу київського транспорту в час надзвичайної ситуації
Міський голова Києва Віталій Кличко розповів в ефірі Радіо Свобода про роботу київського транспорту в час нинішньої надзвичайної ситуації через пандемію коронавірусного захворювання.
Як сказав він у «Суботньому інтерв’ю» для Радіо Свобода, в Києві видано 250 тисяч спецперепусток для проїзду громадським транспортом.
«Щодня проїжджає близько 40 тисяч людей тим транспортом, який на сьогодні розвозить людей, які працюють на підприємствах життєзабезпечення міста», – додав він.
За словами мера, тієї кількості транспорту, яка працює зараз, вистачає, щоб виконати вимоги, щоб люди не стояли і не було щільності.
При цьому він додав: «Ми контролюємо. Якщо є додаткові сигнали чи потреба, ми готові випускати набагато більше транспорту. Але на сьогодні таких випадків, наскільки мені відомо, немає. Якщо є потреба, то ми збільшуємо кількість транспорту. Але на сьогодні тієї кількості комунального транспорту, який курсує дорогами столиці, вистачає».
У Києві наземний громадський транспорт із 23 березня перевозить тільки працівників критичної інфраструктури: медиків, рятувальників, правоохоронців, працівників продуктових крамниць, аптек, стратегічних підприємств, фахівців житлово-комунальної сфери. Їхнє право на проїзд підтверджують спецквитки, які видає міська влада. Всі інші можуть діставатися на роботу в разі необхідності приватним транспортом, на таксі чи службовим транспортом, якщо його організує працедавець.
На все місто залишилося працювати менш ніж 20 маршрутів автобусів, тролейбусів і трамваїв. Метро в Києві, як і інші метрополітени України, за рішенням уряду повністю не працює ще з 18 березня.
Схожа схема перевезення міським транспортом тільки власників спецперепусток – працівників критичної інфраструктури діє і ще в кількох містах України. За новим рішенням уряду, вона поширюється на міський транспорт по всій Україні.

Топменеджер Ахметова тепер радник прем’єра Шмигаля з питань енергетики – «Схеми»
Ігор Маслов, який тривалий час займав керівні посади в компаніях олігарха Ріната Ахметова, став позаштатним радником прем’єр-міністра Дениса Шмигаля з питань енергетики. Про це повідомляють журналісти програми «Схеми: корупція в деталях» (спільний проєкт Радіо Свобода і телеканалу «UA:Перший») з посиланням на дані від джерел у Міністерстві енергетики та компанії Ахметова ДТЕК.
«У п’ятницю (3 квітня – ред.) Ігор Маслов у статусі радника прем’єр-міністра брав участь у нараді щодо ситуації на ринку електроенергії у Міністерстві енергетики під головуванням Віталія Шубіна (т.в.о. міністра енергетики та захисту довкілля України – ред.)», – розповіло джерело «Схем» у міністерстві.
Про те, що Ігор Маслов став позаштатним радником Дениса Шмигаля, також підтвердило інше джерело журналістів у компанії ДТЕК, яка належить Рінату Ахметову.
Ігор Маслов довгий час працював на керівних посадах у структурах холдингу СКМ Ріната Ахметова: почав ще з 2000-х років. У 2003-2005 роках працював у ТОВ «Сервіс-Інвест» (зараз «ДТЕК Високовольтні мережі»), потім, з 2005 по 2007 – у корпорації ДТЕК.
Пізніше, з 2012 по 2017 роки Маслов був директором з дистрибуції та збуту електроенергiї ТОВ «ДТЕК», у 2017-2019 роках – керівником офісу зі стратегічних проєктів «ДТЕК Енерго», у 2014-2019 роках – виконував обов’язки генерального директора ПАТ «ДТЕК Крименерго». Також Маслов працював у наглядових радах «ДТЕК Донецькобленерго», «ДТЕК ПЕМ – Енерговугілля», «Київенерго».
Водночас офіційно в Кабінеті міністрів та ДТЕКу призначення Ігоря Маслова не коментують.
У пресслужбі уряду пообіцяли надати відповідь пізніше.
У ДТЕК також офіційно уникнули прямої відповіді на запитання щодо призначення колишнього топменеджера радником прем’єр-міністра, в той же час відзначили його професійність.
«Ігор Маслов має значний досвід в електроенергетиці і глибокі знання про роботу енергосектору. Він не працює в компанії з лютого 2019 року. Ми можемо коментувати тільки його діяльність в рамках групи ДТЕК», – повідомили у пресслужбі «ДТЕК Енерго».
Журналісти намагалися зв’язатися з самим Ігорем Масловим, але він не відповів на телефонні дзвінки та повідомлення. Його позиція буде додана, як тільки він надасть коментарі.
Прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль також раніше працював директором Бурштинської ТЕС зі структури компанії ДТЕК, якою володіє Рінат Ахметов.
Водночас президент України Володимир Зеленський заявляв, що вважає логічним те, що новий прем’єр працював у минулому в структурі, що належить найбагатшій людині України. «Вони (олігархи – ред.) володіють 70-80% активів в Україні. Кожен менеджер в Україні працював на когось із них або якимось чином пов’язаний з кимось із них. Адже вони наймають найкращих – ми повинні це розуміти», казав глава держави в інтерв’ю Bloomberg.

Представники від президента України перевірили санітарні умови на адмінкордоні з анексованим Кримом
Фахівці Представництва президента України в АРК спільно з представниками Мінреінтеграції в Херсонській області провели моніторинг умов перетину адміністративного кордону з анексованим Кримом і забезпечення санітарних умов на тимчасових пунктах в’їзду-виїзду «Чонгар», «Чаплинка» і «Каланчак», повідомляяє пресслужба представництва у фейсбуці.
«За підсумками візиту підготовлено комплексний звіт та рекомендації щодо вдосконаленні роботи КПВВ. Також було здійснено огляд гідротехнічної споруди у Каланчацькому районі, яка на період тимчасової окупації перекриває Північно-Кримський канал», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Що саме рекомендують вдосконалити в роботі КПВВ в повідомленні не вказано.
Нині тимчасово обмежений (з 17 березня – ред.) пропуск через пункти в’їзду-виїзду на адмінкордоні окупованого Криму з Херсонською областю, ці обмеження будуть діяти до закінчення карантину, пов’язаного із заходами запобігання поширенню коронавірусної інфекції.
Після анексії Криму Росією на початку 2014 року між материковою Україною і півостровом проліг формально адміністративний, але фактично – справжній кордон. У Херсонській області на адмінкордоні з Кримом працюють три КПВВ: «Каланчак», «Чонгар» і «Чаплинка».

Бойовики з початку доби тричі порушили режим припинення вогню на Донбасі – Міноборони
У Міністерстві оборони повідомили, що підтримувані Росією бойовики на Донбасі з початку поточної доби і до полудня тричі порушили режим припинення вогню.
«З 08:55 від Золотого-5 окупанти випустили 2 міни калібру 82 мм та вели вогонь зі протитанкових та автоматичних станкових гранатометів по нашим оборонцям Оріхового. О 09:20 з напрямку від окупованого села Сигнальне, ворог застосував великокаліберні кулемети по нашим захисникам селища Славне. З 09:30 також з великокаліберних кулеметів окупанти розпочали обстріл оборонців Водяного», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Повідомляється, що втрат серед українських військових немає.
В угрупованні «ДНР» звинувачують ЗСУ в обстрілі окупованого Донецька, на ресурсах угруповання «ЛНР» інформація про обстріли упродовж поточної доби відсутня.
Збройний конфлікт на Донбасі триває від 2014 року після російської окупації Криму. Україна і Захід звинувачують Росію у збройній підтримці бойовиків. Кремль відкидає ці звинувачення і заявляє, що на Донбасі можуть перебувати хіба що російські «добровольці».
За даними ООН, від березня 2014-го до 31 жовтня 2019 року унаслідок збройного конфлікту на Донбасі загинули 13 000 – 13 200 людей.

Кількість інфікованих коронавірусом у Києві перевищила 200 – Кличко
Кількість киян, які захворіли на COVID-19, збільшилася за минулу добу на 25 людей і складає 214 підтверджених випадків, повідомив міський голова Києва Віталій Кличко у фейсбуці.
«Кількість киян, що захворіли, збільшилася за минулу добу на 25 людей. Це: 15 жінок віком від 23-ох до 65-ти років. Та 10 чоловіків – від 17-ти до 68-ми років. У тому числі захворіли на коронавірус ще двоє медиків», – повідомив Віталій Кличко.
Він зазначив, що 10 пацієнтів госпіталізували в столичні лікарні. 15 лікуються на самоізоляції, під контролем медиків.
На сьогодні у Києві 12 людей вилікувались, 3 – померли.
Водночас, за інформацією Міністерства охорони здоров’я, оприлюдненими станом на 10:00 суботи, у Києві підтверджено 195 випадків COVID-19.
За даними МОЗ, станом на ранок 4 квітня, в Україні 1092 лабораторно підтверджених випадки COVID-19, з них 28 летальних, 23 пацієнти одужали.

Ексзаступник генпрокурора сумнівається у прогресі розслідування «справи Гандзюк»
Колишній заступник генпрокурора Віктор Трепак висловив сумнів, що після його відставки у справі вбивства херсонської чиновниці та активістки Катерини Гандзюк можливий суттєвий прогрес. Про це Трепак сказав в інтерв’ю виданню «Українська правда».
«Найоптимістичніша перспектива подальшого розслідування, на мій погляд, це утримати ті позиції, на які ми вийшли. Якщо прокурорам не будуть заважати, то вони належно їх процесуально закріплять і ухвалять відповідні процесуальні рішення. А ось на рахунок подальшого ривка у цій справі – у мене великі сумніви. Успіх у розслідуванні складних справ забезпечується поєднанням кількох моментів: вмінням скласти і тримати цілісну картину розслідування, професіоналізмом і наполегливістю оперативників, слідчих і прокурорів. У будь-якому разі замовники і організатори нападу на Катерину Гандзюк можуть уже «накривати стіл» тим, хто домігся таких змін в організації розслідування цієї справи», – сказав Трепак.
Він додав, що нині «справою Гандзюк» займається новий заступник генпрокурора Олексій Симоненко, який також веде справу про вбивство журналіста Павла Шеремета. Водночас інший заступник генпрокурора Андрій Любович здійснює нагляд за «справами Майдану».
27 березня стало відомо, що Венедіктова відсторонила заступника генпрокурора Віктора Трепака від нагляду за справами Майдану і за справами щодо нападів на активістів, зокрема нападу, що призвів до загибелі херсонської активістки Катерини Гандзюк.
Того ж дня Венедіктова представила колективу Офісу генпрокурора двох своїх заступників: Андрія Любовича й Олексія Симоненка.
31 березня Трепак підтвердив у коментарі агенції «Укрінформ», що генпрокурор Ірина Венедікторва підписала його заяву про відставку за власним бажанням. Перед тим, вона запевняла, що за Трепаком «залишаються ті важливі справи, які він проводив», а рішення піти – є його особистим.
Чиновниця Херсонської міської ради, активістка Катерина Гандзюк померла 4 листопада 2018 року. Це сталося через три місяці після того, як її облили концентрованою сірчаною кислотою у Херсоні. У справі про замах на Гандзюк були затримані підозрювані у виконанні і організації нападу, але замовників офіційно не встановили.

У ДПСУ повідомили про затримання на кордоні порушників карантину
У пункті пропуску «Гоптівка», двічі у «Нових Яриловичах» та в «Тисі», що на кордоні з Росією, Білоруссю та Угорщиною прикордонники виявили порушників правил дотримання протиепідемічних заходів, повідомляє Державна прикордоннна служба.
«Троє чоловіків та одна жінка – усі громадяни України, які днями повернулися з-за кордону, учора знову з’явилися в пунктах пропуску. Зробили вони це всупереч взятим зобов’язанням, адже в’їжджаючи в Україну, власноруч підписали згоди щодо обов’язкової самоізоляції. Порушники карантину знехтували своїми обіцянками та рушили на виїзд з країни, наражаючи на небезпеку себе та людей навколо», – йдеться в повідомленні.
За даними ДПСУ, на порушників склали адмінпротокол, подальшу долю громадян вирішить суд (за порушення правил з карантину передбачений штраф від 17 до 34 тисяч гривень – ред.).
Усього, за даними Держприкордонслужби, за минулу добу в Україну повернулося понад 7 тисяч осіб, покинули Україну понад – 3800, у тому числі понад 1500 іноземців.
До 24 квітня в Україні продовжено карантин. За рішенням уряду, заборонено з’являтися у громадських місцях без маски чи респіратора на обличчі, ходити групами більш ніж по двоє людей, а діти до 16 років повинні бути в супроводі дорослих.

Poland Divided Over Having Presidential Vote During Pandemic
Poland’s parliament is preparing to vote Friday on legislation that would transform the country’s May presidential election entirely into a mail-in ballot due to the health risks of having public voting stations during the coronavirus pandemic. The proposal by the populist ruling Law and Justice party to go forward with the May 10 election is controversial. Opposition candidates say having the election during the pandemic is undemocratic and it should be postponed. They argue that opposition presidential candidates stand no chance against conservative President Andrzej Duda because they cannot campaign due to a strict ban on gatherings. Duda, meanwhile, still profits from heavy coverage on state media. Critically, even one faction in the ruling coalition is strongly opposed to holding the vote, raising speculation in Poland that Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki’s government could be toppled by the crisis. Посольство України закликало видання The New York Times виправити карту з «російським» Кримом
Посольство України у США закликало американське видання The New York Times виправити карту поширення пандемії COVID-19, де Крим позначений як територія Росії.
«New York Times зробило неправильну карту коронавірусу! Це так безвідповідально! Команда NYT, ви справді підтримуєте всі звірства, тортури та навіть вбивства, які Кремль чинить в окупованому Криму? Якщо ні – виправте карту», – мовиться у повідомленні.
Раніше The New York Times вже публікувало карту України без Криму. Це зображення було в статті про українського бізнесмена Ігоря Коломойського. Пізніше видання виправило зображення.
Росія анексувала український півострів Крим у березні 2014 року. Верховна Рада України офіційно оголосила 20 лютого 2014 року початком тимчасової окупації Криму і Севастополя Росією.
Міжнародні організації визнали окупацію і анексію Криму незаконними і засудили дії Росії. Країни Заходу запровадили низку економічних санкцій проти Москви. Росія заперечує окупацію півострова і називає це «відновленням історичної справедливості».
