«Допустиме десь у бані» – заступник голови Ради прокоментував «корабельну сосну», Корнієнка та Арахамію
Перший заступник голови Верховної Ради Руслан Стефанчук вважає недоречним у публічному місці стиль обговорення жінок, до якого на пресконференції в Миколаєві вдалися голова владної партії «Слуги народу» Олександр Корнієнко та голова найбільшої фракції в українському парламенті Давид Арахамія. Про це Стефанчук сказав в інтерв’ю Радіо Свобода.
«Я не схвалюю цього. Я про це говорив і Олександру. Просто сталося так, що набуло розголосу, скажемо так, спілкування між хлопцями, яке не допустиме або допустиме десь у бані (Стефанчук мав на увазі місце, яке українською мовою називається «лазня» – ред.), де можна переговорити, поспілкуватися про все», – заявив Стефанчук, який до обрання в парламент відповідав за ідеологічну складову виборчої кампанії Володимира Зеленського та партії «Слуга народу».
Стефанчук також назвав Корнієнка «дуже порядною людиною».
«Хто не без гріха – хай кине камінь. Але важливо не в тому, що ти не повинен робити помилок, ти повинен робити висновки зі своїх помилок. Я дуже глибоко переконаний, що і Давид, і Олександр зроблять висновки зі своїх помилок», – сказав один із керівників українського парламенту.
24 червня заступник голови фракції «Слуга народу» і голова однойменної партії Олександр Корнієнко попросив вибачення перед своєю колегою Іриною Аллахвердієвою, одним із кандидатів від партії на посаду мера Миколаєва Тетяною Домбровською і «всіма українцями» за сексистські висловлювання у спілкуванні з головою фракції Давидом Арахамією на прес-конференції в Миколаєві.
Перед тим Корнієнко заявляв, що відео змонтоване і що він не згадував свою колегу Ірину Аллахвердієву у непристойному контексті.
Народна депутатка України від партії «Слуга народу» Ірина Аллахвердієва ввечері 23 червня також назвала монтажем, поширене у мережі відео, на якому її колеги-однопартійці Олександр Корнієнко та Давид Арахамія вживають некоректні висловлювання нібито на її адресу з використанням, серед іншого, таких слів як «баба», «корабельна сосна».
23 червня у мережі інтернет з’явився відеоролик авторства «Никвести», фрагменти якого, за попередніми даними, були відзняті під час робочої поїздки «Слуг народу» до Миколаєва. Відео відтворює момент, коли керівники партії Олександр Корнієнко і Давид Арахамія спілкуються між собою, та, як виглядає, не знають, що мікрофони увімкнені і відбувається звукове відтворення їхньої бесіди. У розмові політики згадують прізвище «Аллахвердієва», а також вживають означення, які можна розцінити як сексистські і непристойні.
Після появи відео у мережі низка жінок-політиків, в тому числі і чинних депутаток, виступили з критикою висловлювань, у ньому озвучених, назвавши це «печерним сексизмом».

«Повернення Криму – питання збереження країни» – голова Меджлісу привітав Україну з Днем Конституції
Голова Меджлісу кримськотатарського народу Рефат Чубаров у привітанні з Днем Конституції України заявив про важливість відновлення територіальної цілісності країни, включно з Кримом, Севастополем і окупованими частинами Донбасу.
«Унаслідок збройної агресії Російської Федерації проти України, яка триває понад 6 років, територіальну цілісність нашої держави порушено – окупований Крим і втрачений контроль в окремих районах Луганської та Донецької областей. Ми не дозволимо нікому – ні зовнішньому ворогу, ні внутрішнім колаборантам, ні окремим державам поставити під сумнів територіальну цілісність України і увійти у змову з Російською Федерацією, що окуповує частину території України», – підкреслив Чубаров.
За його словами, відновлення територіальної цілісності України в рамках її міжнародно визнаних кордонів, включаючи Автономну Республіку Крим і Севастополь, є питанням збереження і майбутнього України.
«Як вкрай важливим і визначальним для майбутнього Української держави є визначення статусу Криму як кримськотатарської національно-територіальної автономії в складі України, яке слід терміново закріпити в Конституції України. Прийміть щирі вітання з нагоди одного з найважливіших свят у нашій країні – Дня Конституції України», – заявив політик.
В оприлюдненому раніше 28 червня відеозверненні з нагоди Дня Конституції президент України Володимир Зеленський не згадав про територіальну цілісність чи непідконтрольні українській владі території Криму, Севастополя та частини Донецької і Луганської областей. Критику в соціальних мережах викликало твердження Зеленського, що Україна складається з 25 регіонів (цитата з відеозвернення президента: «Зараз я перебуваю на Херсонщині. Це чудовий і мальовничий край. І нам дуже пощастило, бо в нашій країні таких – двадцять п’ять»).
За Конституцією, в Україні є 27 адміністративних одиниць: 24 області, Автономна Республіка Крим, міста Київ та Севастополь.
Чинна українська Конституція була схвалена парламентом 28 червня 1996 року. Відтоді щороку 28 червня відзначається як державне свято – День Конституції.

Зеленський і Єрмак у День Конституції поклали квіти до пам’ятника Пилипу Орлику
Президент України Володимир Зеленський та голова його Офісу Андрій Єрмак 28 червня вшанували творця першої української Конституції Пилипа Орлика, інформує офіційний сайт Зеленського.
«Глава держави поклав квіти до пам’ятника гетьману в Києві. У церемонії також узяв участь керівник Офісу президента України Андрій Єрмак», – ідеться в повідомленні.
У зверненні з нагоди Дня Конституції, записаному ще під час перебування президента на Херсонщині, Зеленський закликав поважати Конституцію, з чого, на його думку, «починається громадянське суспільство».
«З поваги до прав кожного починається країна, яку поважає кожен.
І особливо сьогодні, не лише в День Конституції, а й у День молоді, ми повинні пообіцяти собі, що передамо наступному поколінню нову країну. Країну не агресії та ненависті, а взаємної поваги, свободи та рівності», – ідеться у зверненні.

Macron Braces for Setback in France’s Local Polls

France Pulls Plug on Country’s Oldest Nuclear Plant
France’s oldest nuclear power plant will shut down on Tuesday after four decades in operation, to the delight of environmental activists who have long warned of contamination risks, but stoking worry for the local economy.The Fessenheim plant, opened in 1977 and already three years over its projected 40-year life span, became a target for anti-nuclear campaigners after the catastrophic meltdown at Fukushima in Japan in 2011.Despite a pledge by then-president Francois Hollande just months after the Fukushima disaster to close Fessenheim — on the Rhine river near France’s eastern border with Germany and Switzerland — it was not until 2018 that his successor Emmanuel Macron gave the final green light.Run by state-owned energy company EDF (Electricite de France), one of Fessenheim’s two reactors was disconnected in February.The second is to be taken offline early Tuesday, but it will be several months before the reactors have cooled enough for the used fuel to be removed.That process should be completed by 2023, and the plant is not expected to be fully dismantled before 2040 at the earliest.”We hope, above all, to be the last victims of this witch hunt against nuclear” energy, Fessenheim union representative Anne Laszlo said ahead of the closure that will see about 150 families depart the tiny Alsatian community of 2,500 inhabitants this summer.More will follow, with only 294 people needed on site for the fuel removal process until 2023, and about 60 after that for the final disassembly.By the end of 2017, Fessenheim had over 1,000 employees and service providers on site.There is no legal limit on the life span of French nuclear power stations, but the EDF had envisaged a 40-year ceiling for all second-generation reactors, which use pressurized water technology.’Island of prosperity’France’s ASN nuclear safety authority has said reactors can be operated beyond 40 years only if ambitious safety improvements are undertaken.In the 1990s and 2000s, several safety failures were reported at Fessenheim, including an electrical fault, cracks in a reactor cover, a chemistry error, water pollution, a fuel leak, and non-lethal radioactive contamination of workers.In 2007, the same year a Swiss study found that seismic risks in the Alsace region had been underestimated during construction, the ASN denounced a “lack of rigor” in EDF’s operation of the plant.Without Fessenheim, France will still have 56 pressurized water reactors at 18 nuclear plants generating some 70 percent of its electricity. Only the United States, with 98, has more reactors, but France is by far the world’s biggest consumer of nuclear energy.In January, the French government said it would shut 12 more reactors nearing or exceeding the 40-year limit by 2035, when nuclear power should represent just 50 percent of the country’s energy mix in favor of renewable sources.At the same time, the EDF is racing to get its first next-generation reactor running by 2022 — 10 years behind schedule — and more may be in the pipeline.Local mayor Claude Brender condemned the closure of the plant, which he says has helped create an “island of prosperity” in an otherwise poor part of Alsace.The government has said workers will be transferred to other EDF sites.’Liberation from nuclear’At their Fessenheim home, engineer Jean-Christophe Rouaud and his wife Cecile, director of the local creche, were packing boxes ahead of moving with their two children to another town where he found work at a nuclear plant.As the end was approaching, “people are afraid to no longer hear the machines running,” Rouaud told AFP, and described a “sense of waste shared by all employees.”Many others will have no option but to leave their families in Alsace and work elsewhere.Restaurant owner Laurent Schwein said the future of auxiliary businesses in the town looked dire.”As restaurateurs, we are entering the unknown. We don’t know how long the dismantling will take,” said Schwein, who is also the president of the local football club which will now close with most of its young players leaving.Fessenheimer Gabriel Weisser is one of few happy about the town’s “liberation from nuclear.””They are defending their professional lives, me my very life,” he said of the plant’s diehard defenders.

Radioactivity Hike Seen in Northern Europe; Source Unknown
Nordic authorities say they detected slightly increased levels of radioactivity in northern Europe this month that Dutch officials said might be from a source in western Russia and might “indicate damage to a fuel element in a nuclear power plant.”But the Russian news agency Tass, citing a spokesman with the state nuclear power operator Rosenergoatom. said the two nuclear power plants in northwestern Russia hadn’t reported any problems.The Leningrad plant near St. Petersburg and the Kola plant near the northern city of Murmansk “operate normally, with radiation levels being within the norm,” Tass said. The Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish radiation and nuclear safety watchdogs said this week that they’d spotted small amounts of radioactive isotopes harmless to humans and the environment in parts of Finland, southern Scandinavia and the Arctic.The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority said Tuesday that “it is not possible now to confirm what could be the source of the increased levels” of radioactivity or from where a cloud, or clouds, containing radioactive isotopes that has allegedly been blowing over the skies of northern Europe originated. The Swedish agency’s Finnish and Norwegian counterparts also haven’t speculated about a potential source.’Man-made’ isotopesBut the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment in the Netherlands said Friday that it had analyzed the Nordic data and “these calculations show that the radionuclides [radioactive isotopes] come from the direction of western Russia.””The radionuclides are artificial — that is to say, they are man-made. The composition of the nuclides may indicate damage to a fuel element in a nuclear power plant,” the Dutch agency said, adding that “a specific source location cannot be identified due to the limited number of measurements.”Executive Secretary Lassina Zerbo of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization tweeted on Friday that the organization’s radiation-monitoring sensors in Sweden had detected a slight increase of several harmless isotopes in northwestern European airspace.The unnamed Rosatomenergo spokesman told Tass on Saturday that radiation levels at the Leningrad and Kola power stations and their surrounding areas “have remained unchanged in June, and no changes are also observed at present.””Both stations are working in normal regime. There have been no complaints about the equipment’s work,” Tass quoted him as saying. “No incidents related to release of radionuclide outside containment structures have been reported.”

Поліцейську в Рівному обіцяють звільнити за наїзд на пішоходів у нетверезому стані
Поліція Рівненської області звільнить співробітницю, яка спричинила дорожньо-транспортну пригоду напередодні, повідомляє пресслужба місцевого управління Національної поліції.
За повідомленням, подія сталася напередодні увечері.

«До поліції надійшло повідомлення, що на вулиці 16 липня обласного центру водійка автомобіля «Nissan», яка, ймовірно, перебуває в стані алкогольного сп’яніння, допустила наїзд на двох пішоходів. Патрульні поліцейські встановили, що за кермом авто перебуває працівниця поліції. Відтак на місце події прибули слідчі, працівники інспекції з особового складу та керівництво поліції», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Йдеться про 31-річну старшу слідчу слідчого управління, яка, за даними правоохоронців, здійснила наїзд на двох перехожих рівнянок. Одна 33-річна постраждала дістала забої колін, інша, 28-річна, забій спини.
За заявою, поліцейська відмовилася проходити тест на вміст алкоголю в крові, хоча «за зовнішніми ознаками перебувала за кермом у стані алкогольного сп’яніння». На неї склали адміністративний протокол за керування автомобілем у нетверезому стані.

«Крім того, працівники інспекції з особового складу за цим фактом проводять службове розслідування. За результатами перевірки працівницю поліції буде звільнено з органів Національної поліції. Також її безпосереднього керівника звільнено з посади, а керівника відділу, де працювала поліцейська – притягнуто до дисциплінарної відповідальності», – повідомляє Нацполіція.
20 червня Національна поліція повідомила про арешт у Дніпрі поліцейського, якого підозрюють у вбивстві.

Women Support French Police Amid Public Discontent
Several dozen women demonstrated Saturday in support of French police in central Paris, to counter public discontent over the perceived way law enforcement treats minorities.The demonstration of support surfaced as local governments across France attempt to change law enforcement practices and punish officers suspected of racism following the death of African American George Floyd while in the custody of officers in Minneapolis, Minnesota.Police officers and their unions in France accuse governments of blaming police for deep-rooted social ills in an attempt to deflect public anger.Among the women supporting police outside the Paris police headquarters Saturday were wives and partners of officers. One carried a message for Interior Minister Christophe Castaner that read “Respect our Police.”Castaner infuriated police this month when he acknowledged there were cases of racism in the police force and proposed sentences for officers found guilty of “proven suspicions of racism.”Police themselves have been protesting efforts to change their practices and punish them. Hundreds of officers rallied Friday night outside Paris’ Bataclan concert hall, where 90 people were killed in a terrorist attack by Islamist militants in 2015. Protests erupted around the world following U.S. outrage over the May 25 death of Floyd, a 46-year-old black man. City lawmakers Friday unanimously advanced a proposal that could lead to the dismantling of that city’s police department.

«Старається і працює»: Стефанчук не бачить перспективи відставки Шмигаля
Пеший заступний голови Верховної Ради Руслан Стефанчук не бачить наразі підстав для відставки прем’єр-міністра Дениса Шмигаля. Про це він сказав в інтерв’ю Радіо Свобода.
Таким чином Стефанчук прокоментував заяву свого колеги по фракції «Слуга народу» Олександра Дануци, який не виключив, що уряд Шмигаля може піти у відставку так само, як і уряд його попередника Олексія Гончарука.
«Станом на зараз я таких перспектив не бачу. Тому що бачу справді, що прем’єр старається і працює. І навіть те, як він відразу в той же ж день виїхав на паводки на Закарпаття і вже навіть там керує штабом, то це абсолютно нормальна реакція», – сказав Стефанчук.
На думку заступника спікера парламенту, те, що Верховна Рада не затвердила програму уряду, також не є підставою для відставки.
«Програма на 90% складалася з того, що було обговорено з комітетами. Питання, мабуть, йшло, швидше, про імунітет, про питання довіри. Оскільки це парламентсько-президентська республіка, то кожен для себе сам вирішив, як він буде голосувати і що для нього в пріоритеті – чи програма, чи довіра. Я просто скажу, що у нас переважна більшість урядів працювали без затвердженої програми і нічого, вони працювали», – зазначив він.

Стефанчук додав, що «з дуже глибокою повагою» ставиться до прем’єр-міністра.
«У нього, можливо, немає часу на якийсь піар, але він реально такий трудоголік, він користується підтримкою президента України, переважної більшості фракції. Але знову ж таки, мабуть, були інші мотиви, які пов’язані з тим, чи надавати імунітет, чи не надавати, аніж із тим, чи хороша програма, чи погана. Тому це таке було ухвалене рішення. Ніякого наполегливого не було спонукання всім. Але президент говорив, він просив підтримати, але фракція проголосувала так, як вона проголосувала», – згадує заступник спікера.
18 червня Верховна Рада не підтримала голосами народних депутатів доопрацьовану програму дій уряду.
Раніше 4 червня парламент не підтримав програму дій уряду і відправив її на доопрацювання в Кабмін.

Гроші, питна вода, обладнання: Шмигаль в ОП розповів про міжнародну допомогу через повені
Кілька країн вже погодилися виділити допомогу постраждалим від повеней регіонам України, повідомляє Офіс президента з посиланням на прем’єр-міністра Дениса Шмигаля.
За повідомленням, про це Шмигаль доповів у відповідь на завдання від президента Володимира Зеленського Кабінету міністрів залучити міжнародну допомогу для відновлення постраждалих областей.

«Прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль сьогодні доповів, що Сполучені Штати Америки негайно виділяють постраждалим регіонам 100 тисяч доларів, Ізраїль закупив 25 тисяч літрів питної води, а Молдова відправляє в Чернівецьку область фуру з обладнанням і матеріалами для боротьби з надзвичайними ситуаціями», – йдеться в заяві ОП.
Офіс уточнює, що над відновленням пошкоджень працює міжнародний інженерний батальйон «Тиса», створений «для запобігання та швидкого реагування на загрози повеней, а також надання кваліфікованої відповіді на наслідки стихій, що загрожують країнам Карпатського регіону».
За словами Володимира Зеленського, влада виділила 750 мільйонів гривень для виплати компенсацій людям, постраждалим від повеней.
«Однак наші міжнародні друзі мають механізми для швидкої допомоги, й не треба цього ігнорувати», – додав президент.

У червні 2020 року в західних областях України випала понаднормова кількість опадів, загинули щонайменше троє людей. Лише на території Прикарпаття через стихію підтоплено понад 10 тисяч житлових будинків, зруйновано та пошкоджено понад 700 кілометрів доріг та майже 200 мостів, знищено понад 4 тисячі метрів берегоукріплення.
Уряд виділив на подолання наслідків повені на заході України 672 мільйона гривень. Президент України Володимир Зеленській пообіцяв, що всі будинки пошкоджені внаслідок негоди в західних областях України будуть відновлені, а якщо це неможливо, громадянам нададуть нові оселі.

ДСНС попереджає про підвищення рівня води в кількох регіонах
Державна служба з надзвичайних ситуацій попереджає про підйом рівня води в кількох регіонах. Зокрема рятувальники прогнозують подальше затоплення заплав річок басейну Прип’яті в районі селища Любешів у Волинській області зокрема 28 червня.
Також підйом рівнів води очікується в Одеській області.

«27-30 червня, внаслідок пропуску високого дощового паводку через Дністровські водосховища та добігання паводкової хвилі, очікується підйом рівнів води у нижній течії Дністра у Одеській області на 0,2-0,5 метра, при цьому ймовірне затоплення заплави, сільськогосподарських угідь та окремих об’єктів у населених пунктах Біляївського району Одеської області села Яськи і міста Біляївка, автомобільної дороги Одеса-Рені», – йдеться в повідомленні ДСНС.
Крім того, 27 і 28 червня рятувальники очікують підйом рівня води в нижній течії Боржави поблизу села Верхні Ремети «без негативних наслідків».
25 червня голова Одеської обласної державної адміністрації Максим Куций заявив, що область готується до можливої повені.
27 червня ДСНС повідомила, що продовжує ліквідовувати наслідки паводку на території західних областей України (Івано-Франківській, Чернівецькій, Львівській та Тернопільській).

ЄС активував механізм для допомоги Україні в подоланні наслідків повеней – Кулеба
Євросоюз задіяв Механізм цивільного захисту, який дозволить його членам допомогти Україні подолати наслідки повеней, повідомив міністр закордонний справ Дмитро Кулеба 27 червня.
«Євросоюз активував Механізм цивільного захисту у відповідь на наш терміновий запит. Це дозволить країнам ЄС допомогти Державній службі з надзвичайних ситуацій у подоланні наслідків повеней, згідно зі списком потреб», – написав Кулеба в своєму Твітері.
Він висловив вдячність Євросоюзу, зокрема єврокомісару з питань кризового менеджменту Янезу Ленарчичу та «шведським друзям» за підтримку.
27 червня ДСНС повідомила, що продовжує ліквідовувати наслідки паводку на території західних областей України (Івано-Франківській, Чернівецькій, Львівській та Тернопільській).

Перша справа за кнопкодавство наразі в суді – заступник спікера Верховної Ради
Перша справа проти народного депутата наразі слухається в суді, сказав в інтерв’ю Радіо Свобода перший заступник голови Верховної Ради Руслан Стефанчук.
Він розповів, що наразі відомо про один випадок кнопкодавства після того, як Верховна Рада в січні запровадила кримінальну відповідальність за не особисте голосування.
«Я знаю, що один (випадок кнопкодавства – ред.). Я знаю, що справа по цьому слухається. Кінцевого вироку немає ще суду», – сказав Стефанчук.
Він пов’язує те, що за останні місяці зафіксовано тільки один випадок, саме з загрозою кримінальної відповідальності.
«Нам неважливо, яким буде розмір кримінальної відповідальності, факт кримінальної відповідальності є підставою для позбавлення особи статусу народного депутата. Тому що, щоб інше зробити, нам треба вносити зміни до Конституції. А це, ви розумієте, дві сесії підряд, бо ми повинні пройти висновок КСУ, тому ми пішли іншою формулою – наявність кримінальної справи, вирок суду є підставою для позбавлення народного депутата його мандату», – зазначив заступник спікера.

В лютому 2020 року Офіс Генерального прокурора повідомив, що розпочав кримінальне провадження через неособисте голосування народного депутата. Ім’я депутата не називалося, але рух «Чесно» повідомив, що йдеться про мажоритарника з Закарпаття Владіслава Поляка.
16 січня набув чинності закон про криміналізацію неособистого голосування. Закон запроваджує кримінальну відповідальність за умисне голосування парламентарем на пленарному засіданні Верховної Ради замість іншого народного депутата (неособисте голосування).

Українці не зможуть подорожувати до ЄС з 1 липня – ЗМІ
Всупереч попередній інформації, українці поки що не зможуть подорожувати до Європейського союзу. Про це з посиланням на європейські ЗМІ пише «Голос Америки».
Після відкриття кордонів ЄС 1 липня на територію союзу допускатимуть громадян з 20 країн. Україна, з огляду на епідеміологічну ситуацію, до списку не потрапила.
Принаймні такої попередньої домовленості досягнуто у п’ятницю, 26 червня. Представники Євросоюзу вирішили, що з 1 липня дозволять в’їзд громадянам тих держав, де епідемічний показник, з розрахунку на 100 тисяч населення, не перевищує середній рівень для країн ЄС за останні два тижні.
В Україні цей показник вищий. Останніми днями тут відбувся різкий сплеск коронавірусної інфекції; кількість нових випадків на 100 тисяч населення підскочила до близько 50 випадків за добу, а з розрахунку за останні два тижні становить понад 25 випадків.
За повідомленнями європейських ЗМІ, список країн, громадянам яких дозволений в’їзд до Шенгенської зони, оновлюватиметься що два тижні. Вирішено також, що, крім показника нових випадків, критеріями служитимуть тенденція на збільшення чи зменшення захворюваності, а також надійність даних.
Cтаном на 27 червня в Україні виявили 42 065 інфікованих коронавірусом. Померли від COVID-19 1 110 людей, одужала 18 701 людина. Минулої доби виявили 948 хворих на COVID-19, померли 24 людини, одужали 402.

Facebook to Label All Rule-breaking Posts – Even Trump’s
Facebook said Friday that it will flag all “newsworthy” posts from politicians that break its rules, including those from President Donald Trump.Separately, Facebook’s stock dropped more than 8%, erasing roughly $50 billion from its market valuation, after the European company behind brands such as Ben & Jerry’s and Dove announced it would boycott Facebook ads through the end of the year over the amount of hate speech and divisive rhetoric on its platform. Later in the day, Coca-Cola also announced it joined the boycott for at least 30 days.CEO Mark Zuckerberg had previously refused to take action against Trump posts suggesting that mail-in ballots will lead to voter fraud, saying that people deserved to hear unfiltered statements from political leaders. France’s Macron to Travel to Russia Soon

В ексдепутата Мартиненка прокоментували рішення швейцарського суду, про яке розповіли «Схеми»
У пресслужбі колишнього народного депутата Миколи Мартиненка прокоментували рішення Федерального кримінального суду Швейцарії, про яке напередодні писали «Схеми» (проєкт Радіо Свобода та UA:Перший).
У пресслужбі заявили, що рішення ще не набрало чинності й повідомили, що вже подали на нього апеляцію.
Про рішення швейцарського суду, яке визнало Миколу Мартиненка та ще одного громадянина України Павла Скаленка винними у відмиванні 2,8 мільйона євро через швейцарську фінансову систему «в складі злочинного угруповання», напередодні розповіли журналісти програми «Схеми» із посиланням на три джерела, обізнані в процесі. За даними журналістів «Схем», адвокати Мартиненка у Швейцарії повідомили суду, що подають апеляцію на це рішення.
Справа у Швейцарії пов’язана із українською справою щодо колишнього народного депутата та його спільників, яку вели НАБУ й САП і яка нині розглядається у Вищому антикорупційному суді.
Ще на початку 2019 року українські правоохоронці оприлюднили в суді документи, які свідчать про прямий стосунок колишнього народного депутата Миколи Мартиненка до офшорної компанії Bradcrest Investments, що, за даними офіційного слідства, ві декількох країнах (Чехія, Швейцарія, Україна) отримувала «відкати» на українських підрядах «Енергоатому» на загальну суму у 6,5 мільйона євро (еквівалент 70 мільйонів гривень на момент транзакцій).
У відповідь захисники ексдепутата тоді заявили, що він такі документи до банку не подавав.
В українському суді розглядається справа щодо заволодіння ексдепутатом «Народного фронту» Миколою Мартиненком коштами підприємства «Енергоатом» під час закупівлі обладнання в чеського акціонерного товариства Škoda JS, а також заволодіння коштами держпідприємства «Східний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат».

EU Holds Off Decision on Borders; Americans Set to Be Excluded
European Union countries failed to settle on Friday on a final “safe list” of countries whose residents could travel to the bloc from July, with the United States, Brazil and Russia set to be excluded.Ambassadors from the 27 EU members convened from Friday afternoon to establish criteria for granting quarantine-free access from next Wednesday.A redrawn text of 10-20 countries was put to them, but many said they needed to consult first with their governments, diplomats said. The list did not include the United States, Brazil or Russia, one diplomat said.Discussions were continuing overnight, with the EU countries expected to give informal replies by Saturday evening, people familiar with the matter said.U.S. passengers may be allowed to travel if they meet certain conditions such as passing temperature checks, two U.S. officials said.The European Commission had advised that the bloc first lift internal border controls and then gradually open up to outsiders. Greek Brothels Suffer from COVID-19 Crisis
Businesses across Greece have been slowly reopening, scrambling to make up for lost work after a shutdown of more than two months because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The relaunch isn’t easy, especially for those in marginalized professions, such as sex workers, who say they are among the hardest hit.In the small city of Larisa, north of the Greek capital, Soula Alevridou operates one of the region’s top brothels.For years, she said, business was booming. Then the COVID-19 pandemic struck.Now, times are tough.“There is very little work,” Alevridou said. “Almost nothing. This industry has been hurt badly, and it feels as if its workers are coming out of a war, all of them injured. Those who manage to recover will survive, but it is tough.”Under a new set of government health and safety regulations, brothels must now implement new protective measures to prevent coronavirus infections.They require sex workers to wear masks, keep their heads a distance from customers and take on appointments of no more than 15 minutes, all measures the industry has agreed to.Names and contact numbersHowever, orders to register clients’ names and contact numbers, as well as to keep them in orderly lines outside brothels, have prostitutes balking, saying the measures strike at the very foundation of their service: anonymity.“Keeping records of clients, their names and contacts may be right,” Alevridou said. “It assists health authorities in tracking and tracing potential cases.” Sex workers, though, she said, cannot play the role of police officers. The sex trade is a different business altogether, she said.Cashless payments, now required, are also proving a problem.A married man, Alevridou said, cannot go to a brothel and pay with his cash or credit card. His family probably shares the same card and he’s bound to have problems once his wife or son or daughter get a whiff of the bordello charges, she said.Critics say the measures will be impossible to impose.“It’s highly unlikely that these measures will be observed,” said Thanos Askitis, a leading sex therapist in Greece. Ultimately, he said, they will add no further protection to the industry. It will all boil down to luck or lack of it in containing the crisis on this front, he said.So far, no cases have been recorded nationwide involving Greek sex workers.However, the financial beating the industry has suffered in recent months, plus the new measures imposed, have many sex workers returning to the streets, branching out online or just going underground to eke out a living.800 brothelsThe crisis is much more prevalent in big cities, such as Athens, where most sex workers are already operating illegally. Authorities said they count about 800 brothels, but only a third of them are legally listed.While the Greek government has offered financial assistance to those who have lost their income because of the COVID-19 crisis, no adequate provisions have been made for the sex industry.To qualify for the aid payments, workers must show they are operating legally and have been paying taxes. That is impossible, though, for the uncounted numbers of unregistered sex workers here, mainly migrants, who cannot do so because they lack legal status.Unlike other countries across Europe and beyond, sex workers here have received little, if any, support from local charity groups.

NY Times: Russia Offered Afghan Militants Bounties to Kill US Troops
U.S. intelligence has concluded that the Russian military offered bounties to Taliban-linked militants in Afghanistan to kill American troops and other coalition forces, The New York Times reported Friday.Citing officials briefed on the matter, the Times said the United States determined months ago that a Russian military intelligence unit linked to assassination attempts in Europe had offered rewards for successful attacks last year.Islamist militants, or armed criminal elements closely associated with them, are believed to have collected some bounty money, the newspaper said.The White House, the CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined requests from Reuters for comment on the Times report.President Donald Trump has been briefed on the intelligence finding, the Times said. Бойкот поїздки Зеленського у ЗМІ: Херсонська ОДА пояснила причини недопуску журналістів
Поширенням COVID-19 і недостатньою популярністю окремих ЗМІ пояснила Херсонська облдержадміністрація причини відмови в акредитації багатьох місцевих журналістів на події з участю президента України Володимира Зеленського 26 червня.
«У зв’язку зі збільшенням числа випадків захворювання на COVID-19 та щоденну фіксацію антирекордів інфікувань кількість присутніх представників ЗМІ на заході була обмежена. Ми були вимушені сфокусуватись на медіаканалах, які мають більше поширення та охоплюють більшу аудиторію. Було зроблено акцент на зареєстрованих ЗМІ, тому що це подія високого рівня, яка має бути фахово висвітлена із дотриманням стандартів журналістики та журналістської етики», – ідеться в повідомленні.
Раніше 26 червня в Херсоні місцеві журналісти та засоби інформації, яких не акредитували на зустріч із президентом Володимиром Зеленським, оголосили про бойкот його приїзду. Про це повідомляють самі журналісти в соціальних мережах, а видання, яким не надали акредитації, публікують порожні сторінки під заголовками про приїзд глави держави і нібито надані ним ексклюзивні коментарі. Також про це пишуть «Детектор-медіа» та Інститут масової інформації.
За даними ТРК «Перший регіональний», висвітлювати візит президента запросили лише «лояльні ЗМІ».
Перебування Зеленського в Херсонській області широко висвітлює офіційний сайт глави держави. Він, зокрема, містить матеріали із заголовками «Глава держави ознайомився з реконструкцією аеропорту «Херсон» та отримав у подарунок кримськотатарський прапор», «Володимир Зеленський взяв участь у церемонії підписання угоди про першу морську концесію в Україні», «Велике будівництво»: Президент ознайомився з капітальним ремонтом Чорнобаївського навчально-виховного комплексу на Херсонщині» та «Володимир Зеленський оглянув роботу пункту габаритно-вагового контролю в Херсонській області».

Митниця повідомила про обсяг і ціну медичних масок, проданих Китаю та Росії перед початком епідемії
Державна митна служба України повідомила про обсяг і ціну медичних масок, проданих за кордон, у тому числі до Китаю та Росії, в січні і лютому 2020 року, безпосередньо перед початком оголошеного в березні карантину. Про це Держмитслужба повідомила у відповіді на запит депутата Верховної Ради України Володимира Ар’єва (фракція «Європейська солідарність»).
Згідно з оприлюдненими даними, за перші два місяці 2020 року Україна продала за кордон понад 500 тонн медичних масок.
«Україна продала Китаю 80 тон масок у січні-лютому. А потім завозила китайські в Україну у березні! Це як? Або дурість, або поклали різницю в кишеню», – написав у коментарі до оприлюднених документів депутат.
Ар’єв також вказав, що до Росії було продано 18 тонн цього товару.
«Китаю продавали по 45 000 $ за тонну, Польщі по 18 700 $, а Росії найдешевше – лише по 3 300 $ або по 25 копійок за маску», – ідеться в повідомленні.
Карантин, пов’язаний з поширенням коронавірусної інфекції в Україні, був оголошений урядом 12 березня. В перший місяць карантинних обмежень в Україні медичні маски були дефіцитним товаром. Ажіотаж спав лише в травні, коли уряд поступово став скасовувати жорсткі обмеження, перейшовши до режиму так званого «адаптивного карантину».
